What he said. One place i checked out had about $1500 for a 500 gig. Not worth it for what's on there. It's nothing but vid files downloaded via torrent. There's nothing on there i can't get again, it's just really time consuming. That, and i can't remember all of what was on it. I had like 50 or more series and movies on just the 500 gig.

Sometime this week i think i'm going to pull the drives out and hook them up to my computer the old fashioned way. Hopefully it's just the controller in the external drive cases that's messing up.

Ty, check this out. At the Otakon convention this year a panel of 4 fansubbers and 3 representives from funimation and media blasters got together and had a forum to discuss fansubbing. It's an interesting read and if you got time watch the video (it's almost 80 mins long).

Yes yes! If anyone needs any of the games- Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night, I'll be sure to give em to ya! The three movies KnK were just released... but now we have to wait 4-6 months to get to the meat of the story... the KnK movies IMO need to be supported by the books info, otherwise it can be a bit confusing. So reading the original light novel and watching the movies is important to get the full experience. but they are very beautiful and surpass the novels in some ways.

The movies seem to be working backwards. They went from a full on story on te frist to her back story in the second then back to a full on story.


If anyone remembers Strait Jacket I posted abouit it a few months ago. I just found out it was only a 3 ep. series so far. But I finally picked up the last 2.

Yeah thats exactly how the books are. Its a writing style that they translated to movies. The first movie was actually the 4th part in order the second movie is the 1st part and the 3rd movie is the 3rd one. and 4th movie is the 2nd part. I have only read up to the 5th part in the books as thats the only thing translated. It goes back and fourth so you have a knowledge of who they are as well as what goes on with them I think. Its much easier when you have the text in hand.
But yeah it flows much better when you read the books and watch the movies. But watching the first movie will help anyone reading the first part in the book- because hell if I know that was so confusing without the visual reference.

Bleach is finally bringing this side story to an end. I hope to god they go back to where they left off in Las Noches. Jeez...i can't even remember what was going on then...
