Another Turbo...

I was talking to my friend last night cause he does night security around town & while we were BSing He saw a 99' Black Honda Prelude Turbo revving on a Rio/Laser Cougar across the road, not sure what year cause he doesn't know much bout cougars. Anyway when the honda revved his fart can a split second later the cougar revved back & Pssss! A BOV!

So there's another cougar on the streets of San Antonio now with turbo!

I was thinking it was Lee right off the bat so I PM'd him & 15mins later a reply back saying his cougar has been having problem the past month so it wasn't him, I'm like what

So has anyone even see a cougar lately with the intercooler up front?
