From the response, it looks like yup, only you.
There are other Southern IL people.Kyle (bleedblue81) is the Southern IL leader, and is from Granite City, just east of St. Louis. There are also other people too (Tad in Effingham, etc)... Check out the Gateway chapter too, if you are near St. Louis since they often have a lot of meets and may be closer than Chicago.

i know a few people from Anna....one of my old roommates is from there...now goes to school in C-Dale.
i dont think anyone is really from around there, but both IL-NECO and Gateway would love to see you at meets....or all of us can drive down to carbondale for a night of cruisin and rowdy fun/
i will never forget getting maced, teargassed, and beaten two years ago on Halloween in C-Dale.......what a fun night that was....

How did you find out about NECO?
Well thats the beauty of living in so. il., if you want to have any fun you have to drive 2+ hundred miles to have any fun at all. But to the fella from near St. Louis, i am a Cardinal fan and i go to at least ten games a year. maybe we can tear your town up soon? Its almost baseball season!
I cant remember where i heard of NECO at, i think i was just searching for Cougar stuff. Luckily i found this forum!

wow...you're about 150 miles from St. Louis....I didn't realize how far down IL went!
