1/4" of solid ice encasing the entire car! I can't even get the doors to even TRY and budge open.. The freezing rain is still coming down, so by tomorrow morning it'l probably be more like 1/2" of ice on my car.. Why couldn't it just snow?! it just HAD to be freezing rain!

My car doesn't look that bad.. That looks like a good 3 inches of ice on there.. I can still see my car... I'm a college student, so it doesn't get a garage, and I don't get a winter beater.. That's what the cougar was..

I just got my newest issue of car and driver and that pic was in it. So of course I had to find it on the net to post it.
We get the same type of weather over here in nebraska. I'm surprised I haven't ripped the cougar's door handle off trying open the doors in the winter. I'm lucky enough to have a garage but thats where the T/A sits all winter. So the cougar gets stuck out on the street.

yup, just as I thought, it survived.
but the towncar is completely beached in the parking lot at work, it aint going to be moving anytime soon
