yay i got a job

may not be much to anyone else, but im happy and excited. My autotech teacher recommended me to a fellow he knows who runs his own small mechanics business (family owned, 4 bays) So im starting off pretty basic, but im glad i finally got into the automotive field. So over this year i can work and gain some sweet experience before i head off to mechanics school or something like wyotech. I go everyday after school for about 3-4 hours.. Plus whats cool is no weekends. I start monday

im still a senior in highschool... I have until june of next year before i go anywhere (wyotech, UTI, or NADC)

My autotech teacher did the same for me when I graduated. I worked for the ford dealer here in Kingsport for about a year and then a company dealing in diesel engines wooed me until I went into the Army. I made some killer money working on cars.

maryville isnt too far away actually, i have an uncle that lives near there, and its about 30 minute drive.

31P Microwave sys specialist.The military and I didn't mesh. Did basic and opted out afterwards. At 19, I was in no position to hurry up and wait. It is perfect for some, just not me.
