Can you tell the difference? Gauge Faces

Hey everyone,
I was looking around for a new gauge face, i have the 99 one, and I love the glowing gauges. I saw these two on ebay, wasn't sure if they are worth buying, or if they are the same or what.

The second one looks more like the traditional guages with the gray replaced with white. That is what I have, and the white part does not glow at night, just the numbers.

Or you can make your own. I did it for my mx6.

so the first one will glow but the second probably wont. how'd you do your own?

I pulled the faces from a jy car and scanned them into my comp and PhotoShop them how I wanted them to look then split into correct layers and had kinkos print them then put them together and installed
