These weren't done by Blu-Fuz, so his may very well look better. This wasn't bad...

yeah I was actually wondering if it looked like chrome or polished metal but it doesnt really from what I can see from pics. guess I got some work ahead of me just polishing the stuff instead of trying to cut corners

    Re: powder coat question

strange, but if I get an 01-02, my 3l with the contour style timing cover will still drop right in correct? I'd really hate to have to re-prep the engine just because of a tensioner...

I'd like it to simply drop right in whole, saving me plenty of time to swap in all 4 strut/knuckle assemblies (4 wheel disk and koni springs) my stereo etc...

I've got a lot to swap over as it is...

I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work, you may need to use a 99/00 alternator and bracket with it, as the alternator bracket bolts into the side of the timing cover and the 01/02 is different...I have some pictures somewhere that will tell me for sure. I'll try to find them.

not a problem, I've got the entire engine and accessory system in tact... I was just worried about clearance in the engine bay...
