Swap driver seat and passenger seat? Possible?

Are the driver and passenger seat the same for a 2000 cougar?

I know the track is probably different (reverse slide mechanism), but my driver seat is all worn down and i wondered if the passenger seat will swap onto the driver side ( I would leave the tracks on most likely and just swap seats)

Well... the tilt handle is on different sides of each one. For starters.

Yea i thought about that actually but i never carry passengers in the back or put anything back there but thats a good point
