Spotted: Spruce Green modded Cougar in Lawrence?

Driving home today through Lawrence area, I passed a Spruce Green cougar with a kit (DragonZ maybe??? went by pretty fast...I mostly noticed the vents and thinking it looked pretty agressive). All together it looked pretty good, minus the neon green "Cougar" banner across the windshield. I don't THINK anyone from the area is on here, but maybe someone's lurking? We may not agree on the banner, but it'd be cool if there was another NECO'r local to me.
