Anyone esle in on this? For those of you that already have them installed, do you have any comments on you experience with them? I know its been covered but maybe people that don't know about them can learn from this.
Jaged and Bensenvill have them installed. Send them a note and ask.
I've heard they make the ride REALLY harsh, but the handling is unreal.

i have them on the 3L, its hard to say how much a difference they make by themselves since i added d2's at the same time. i know that it helped out a bit though cause when i pull into my driveway the back wheel lifts up. i would say one of the biggest pluses is that it is AWESOME to jack the car up now. jack up from the front, middle, back and the whole side of the car comes up. the only thing i would suggest is to box the ends off if he hasnt changed that design and to add a plate in the middle at the joint to help reinforce that area

the whole side of my car came up anyway jacking from just behind the front wheelwell.
Its looking like the group buy is gonna get enough people by their list.
couldnt you just bring pictures to a good welding shop and have them build something like that and not have to ship big heavy metal pieces?
Me being in canada shipping something like that would easily be another $100
Please add me for one set. Can we pay extra for Boxed Out Ends>?

yes, but now the other side will start to lift as well(that might be from the roll cage though). plus it makes for a much better place to put jackstands

I believe I was the first cougar to have sf connectors. and I originally ran them on a stock suspension (only other goody was a st200 rstb), they make a large difference. it cut a good amount of understeer out of the car (almost hit a few medians getting use to the new bias). It does harshen up the ride some, but not in a bad way.
the main benifit is stupidly easy jacking of the car.... or saving your car from bottoming out, thats been a huge perk.
while the gb guys are decent, there is nothing fancy about what this part is... and the welds were not great. I would highly recommend boxing the rears... take a close look at the photo, look at the distance the bars travel from the last weild point just to be reinforced by an open square.
also before you buy, you should really source out a shop to install these for you. I know alot of people had issues with this the last time around, I was was told no by a number of places. Also get quotes, this isn't exactly cheap, I think I spent 400 for a shop to properly prep the sfc's and wield in.
