    Group Buy for Extrude Honing

Here it is again, a Group Buy for Extrude Honing our Upper Intake Manifolds.

Price: $285 (at least 10 buyers)

I'm going to set this up for one month only, so get in while you can.

    Address to send them to:

    Extrude Hone Corp.
    1 Industry Blvd.
    P.O. Box 1000
    Irwin, PA 15642

    Direct Contact: Rick Miller (724-861-8694)

You are responsible for shipping your intake, which ever method you choose. You also need to pay for return shipping, in which you will be charged after the process.

Please include a packing list with your UIM, including your NAME, DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER, and RETURN ADDRESS. Also note that you are part of the NECO GROUP BUY, so you are charged accordingly.

You will be contacted and charged after the process is done, so make sure you give the correct contact number for yourself.

This extrude hone process takes up to 3 weeks.

Note: I highly advise that you all take out the black clips on top of the manifold, that hold the vaccuum lines in place, along with the end caps for the runners. This is in case they are lost or not sent back to you.

And apparently you should consider washing out or blowing out the UIM before you re install it.

Are you expecting this one to go smoother than the last ... I'd like to get in on this but and extremely hesitant to send anyhting if it won't be returned in the condition sent out. I don't want to waith a month & a helf to receive another persons UIM or get mine back missing parts. Basically are they going to take more care this time ?

Essentially yes, it would be great if this all runs smoothly this time.

I don't think that asking them, "Hey, can you make sure you guys do a better job this time?" will go over smoothly. Unless someone else has another way to ask them, feel free to give them a call.

Drewmanfu0 - I'm just going off of the location that was used last time. There are other locations, but I did not contact any of them to see if they're able to do this.

The last one didnt go very smooth i can attest to that i ran it, mainly due to the fact that rick miller isnt someone you can talk to, shelia is his secretary who is very helpful, but it seems like she can only relay messages

i would reccommend labeling your intakes as much as possible, the only real problems we had were the fact that members got the wrong intakes back and it took longer than expected, oh and they damaged a few but other than that not bad, lol

Also, I have noted in my first post to take off any pieces that may get lost or misplaced. I guess consider that as a forewarning, as I will do the same myself.
