fog light by model year?

Can anyone tell me what year(s) had the "jewel" type fog lights (vs. the projector beam style)?

I want to get some for my son's cougar (attachment) which is an '01.

The foglights from a 2001 or 2002 will fit. You'll also need to add the headlight switch that is ready for them, probably the relay as well. The wiring is probably there, but you can check by taking a look.

u need a lot to add them. i found a kit on e-bay that has everything u need to install factory lights for an 01-02 for like $130 shipped. some of the wiring is there but it's a lot easier to get a whole kit then to try to piece one together.

Pull the fog-light filler pieces out and see if you have plugs hanging somewhere with nothing going to them. Some of the cars came prewired for the fog-lights leaving you only needing the new headlight switch, and a relay that turns them off when the high beams are lit.

i got the wiring and headlight switch kit for those fog lights. I just dont have the actual fog lights. so if need any of it send me a pm let me know.
