Can we have an Arctic/Snowzone NECO?

Then in winter, everybody who gets snow can go there and talk, since each individual chapter will be pretty dead, I think that is a good idea

hey,
99mcougar and I are both from alberta! (medicine hat)
we have actually been both putting little slips of paper on other cougars in the area to see if we can get a few more ppl on the site, we were gonna find a few more then come summer when more ppl are around see what we can do about getting more ppl together and see if enough ppl would end up on the forums regularly. I think it could be done but it would take some time to gather up some people to keep a chapter alive.
