Re: Guess what came in today

if your so well versed in suspension install.

whats the best way for reattaching knuckels to the struts... I used a big ****ing hammer to get them off. I intended on using a big ****ing bottle jack and a 4x4 to press them back on... is this the best method?

Re: Guess what came in today

wrong thread terry ...

As for your 1st post ... yes a 2x4 and jack works well to press the strut spring assembly back up to clear the knuckle. This can be tricky and ungainly but it works. You can try putting the spring compressors on to make the assembly tighter BUT the spindles for the compressors generally get in the way, pressing against the strut towers.
