Is this a rear strut bar or the one that goes behind the drivers head? How wide is the harness bar? It should be just wide enough to stop the harness from moving side to side. Also what is th height of this bar? The shoulder harness should not be anchored more than 1"-4" below shoulder height. Mounting below that can cause spinal compression.

It's a rear strut tower brace, so it mounts just behind the rear seats at the same height as the latches for the rear seat.
