Re: The Undead Gateway Thread

Somewhere forward of the engine itself (thankfully). It appears to be coming from two places (there are two small puddles about 6" across when it's parked all day). I think one of them is the radiator end of the lower radiator hose and the other is on the driver's side from an unknown location. It had been a top it off every 4-5 months leak which I didn't feel like messing with, now it's a top it off once a month leak that I just want to get rid of.

Re: The Undead Gateway Thread

The hoses shouldn't be too hard to change out (hopefully). It's the gallons of sticky coolant that I don't really want to deal with.

ummm, wired magazine ran a very interesting artical about this about 6 months back.... basically the driver is the weak point of a no-rule race car. even if they put the driver in a g suite, a no limit car could still generate enough lateral g's to kill him. I'll find the artical for you guys, its a great read.

Corey and I had it sprayed all over when we couldn't get the petcock removed to drain the radiator. We took off the lower radiator hose and the stuff went everywhere.

I would help if my car was running
