Re: autometer lunar series volt gauge for sale
I'm not 100% sure on the how the teams were assigned. All 290 people who had run in points events were ranked from 1-290 based on their index performance over the course of the season. Preregistration was required so teams could be sorted before the event and participation in a previous points event was required. Based on the entrants, for the event and the 1-290 ranking, teams were assigned in an attempt to have them be balanced.
As far as how the event was run, the 14 teams of 4 were broken into two heats. Each team received 20 run tokens and each car was required to run at least once and each driver had to get at least 3 runs. Any car could be driven by any team member (with car owner permission of course). The fastest time for each car was used and the appropriate index was applied. The fastest indexed time for each car was then added together to come up with a team index time. Fastest team time wins.

Event rules
Another interesting bit was that team members could ride along on competition runs. This meant each team member could have a run at speed using only two run tokens (sticking all 4 team members in an STi was specifically prohibited).

Re: autometer lunar series volt gauge for sale
hopefully things went better for you in the second half of the event as the tires warmed up a bit. I think as small are my region is, teams of 3 would work best. The most we had show up at one event was 50 and probably only 75 total that showed up for more that one event
I made it home without the CEL coming back on too? gonna talk to ford and see what i can find out

Re: autometer lunar series volt gauge for sale
You could always adjust the detail a bit to fit your region. Overall it was fun though. I spun again (same corner) in my run after the lunch break, the the other 3 runs were spin free. It just never really warmed up though.
