meh, I went bowling last night... first time in a year. bowled terrible until the 3rd frame.... and on the way home, I realized I really F-ed up my wrist.

To be honest I haven't watched a single shift yet. Baseball just ended and now I have "Football Surprise!" of actually having a decent Bears team to enjoy, so the Hawks have been neglected.
