it almost takes 2 people to check for spark. pull one plug and put it back inthe wire. push it against something that is grounded and it should spark when cranked.

check the big three plugs on the passenger side, its easy for one of them to slide loose, and i would double check the crank sensor. that wont let it fire if its not fully plugged in

You getting a rattle while it's running? Pull your belt off and check the idler pulley first, if it has play in it, it's done. I've replaced a couple of those. About 25 dollars at Advanced auto.

Yup. Its more prominent at 3500+ RPMS when the engine is cold. After it gets to temp it quiets so its almost non-audible..
