Wow, I totally jinxed myself by my comment earlier today. I got rear ended after work today. The damage is substantial, but not too major. My neck hurts too, so we'll see what comes out of this

Wow, that sucks dude.. Time too call a lawyer! A chick ran into the back of my cougar at full speed and totally crushed in the rear of my car.. I felt fine when it happened, but the next day, my neck was stiff and painful.. I went to a Chiropractor who gave me a referral to a lawyer.. Had to do rehab for a month, cougar was in the shop for 2 months, and was on the edge of being totaled. A year later, I got a settlement check for $4000, lawyer's fees already taken out.

Then a year ago, I find out that the chick who hit me was responsible for a 4 car accident where a woman died.. She should have her license taken away, but her dad is the deputy sheriff of my county, so she gets ez-mode.

I just saw that, that sucks dude. My estimate came out to $536, and I have a $500 deductible.

Wow that's crazy. Yeah oddly enough this same thing has happened to me before. When I crashed my previous car before the Cougar, I felt fine after the accident but then my neck started hurting. I ended up having a pinched nerve and had to go through therapy. I'm pretty much having the same pain right now as I did before. I'm gonna have to make an appointment for the Doc tomorrow.

Its too bad you live where you do, there's a place near me that evidently gives a great chiropractic adjustment and massage for like six bucks, depending on your insurance. I'm gonna check 'em out as soon as I get the chance.

But when someone hits you, you shouldn't have to pay ANYTHING for medical expenses. It gets covered by their insurance. So go nuts and find the hottest, most expensive "physical therapist"!
