I did the same, slept goofy on it 2 days ago.

This is borderline embarassing, but I had a little bit of a kink in it, and I was kinda working my neck from side to side trying to get it to pop. I wasn't even using my hand to apply extra force, or even jerking it extra hard or anything. In the past, with enough gently encouragment stuff like this would usually work itself out. But I felt a sort of spasm all of a sudden and then it got really painful to turn my head to the right. Moving it up and down was painful as well.

I took a shower when I got home, after my post in here, and the heat seemed to help it as I got several nasty pops and cracks out of it without even trying. It feels better . . . but still kinda touchy.

Well, it just popped again, though it took a little encouragement. But that side of my neck is feeling much better. I'll just have to keep applying heat when I can and letting it come around.

Oh and this girl someone at the gym is trying to set me up with is ****ing HAWT.

Could be worse Ryan ... you coulda been working in a tight spot with wrenches some what near your face. Then have the wrech slip off the bolt, smack you in the brow and cut nearly down to the bone...
