so i went to go to work this morning. start up the atx, put it in "R" and it dies. WTF so i start it back up, and it starts fine, let it idle for a bit, rev it to try and get the temp up, put it in "R" i get about 3 ft and it dies. did it once more and got out into the driveway and it dies. i manage to get it in the garage, and now since ive been dinking with it im running late, i tear off in the 3L only to get stuck behind a bus

dunno whats wrong with it, it idles fine. i figure either the bat is dead, but then it wouldnt start up, or the alt is shot, but the radio was working and guages all worked so i dont know what to think

check ground wires! I had the same thing when I forgot to reattach one of them [I think it was the one under the battery]
