Re: The Undead Gateway Thread
Similar power with similar weight, but I think your gearing is less aggressive. It would probably be close with a slight edge for the cop car (assuming it is a Crown Vic).

Re: The Undead Gateway Thread
ya its just the crown vics, when I went 10 years ago it was all the chevy stuff [and pretty new at that time].
ya they definitely will be geared better than my car... definitely would get a good idea on what the small differences make in overall performance.... and where to go from here. oh ya tom, saw a mark8 on the way to work this morning with a full body kit. including spoiler. wasnt as fugly as I thought but the spoiler is rather comical with the 'spare tire' body line on the trunk

Re: The Undead Gateway Thread
ya the rear bumper was very classy looking, side skirts were nice and clean... clean enough you would almost think you could've bought the car that way... unfortunately I didnt get to see it from the front

Re: The Undead Gateway Thread
Similarly understated, a bit lower than factory which makes it look less pointy.

Re: The Undead Gateway Thread
I remember going to Route66 for a LoL meet several years ago during a Test and Tune night... That place was like the Taj Mahal of drag strips, but it was so damn crowded, it took 3 or 4 hours just to get one run in.. The people who ran it gave priority to the more serious cars while the street cars just had to wait. We sat in the staging lanes for forever as we saw the same Camaro in the "slicks" lane get 3 or 4 passes. After our first run, we just went home.. kinda left a sour taste in my mouth for that place.
When the Street lane finally started moving, there was this one asshat in an eclipse who was revving the **** out of his car when he got up to the tree. He was revving so much that he blew something and sprayed oil everywhere, then had the balls to Launch and spray it all the way down the track.. That took another hour for them to clean up.
