nooo, its just one of those vent hoods that just circulates the smoke around the room... god I hate those things... makes no sense to even have a hood.

I've gotten to the point where I don't really expect any that I really care about (i.e. from the Bears) . . . this has been the most underwhelming offseason ever. I'm all about building through the draft and whatnot, but damn, unless the Bears are planning on having two rookies starting on the offensive line, this is NOT a good situation.

well I got a fair amount done with the cougar last night.

finally got the radiator out. that last bolt was killing me. the bolt head was totally rounded off. bought one of those bolt extractor kits... didnt work. dremeled it into a screw head... didnt work. used a very innappropriately large set of vice grips... and slowly managed to wrench it off... nice.

got the front header off. now I can get the oil cooler on like I was hoping to at dave's mod meet. suprisingly it was stupidly easy. Of the 6 bolts that hold the header on, I was expecting 6 spectacular problems. got the whole damn thing off in under 5 minutes.... nice

terry you might want to consider building a bull dog box like was on the tour for your project. it uses a pump and runs hard lines to all the important parts of the trans so they all get fluid to them. it screws into the trans drain plug goes. the one i have has a svt oil cooler in line with the pump so it cools it and filters at the same time
