So I started work on my attic on sunday.

broke down my old closet doors and started laying them down as temporary walkways. will go through when it gets a bit warmer and properly do it up and build a number of shelves. I made the mistake of not wearing a resperator... probably not the best thing as I was shifting all the insulatin piles [the **** is 3 feet deep]. eitherway I am happy to report the attic is in great shape. I have one vent screen to replace and remove the remnants of a birds nest thats been long abandond. Eitherway this should be a solution to my storage problems. no longer will I have to listen to [non-necoer] peoples complaints about the amount of car parts laying around my house. oh and its cleared things up enough in the garage that I can actually walk around the car again. got the whole frickin interior up there. gives me enough space to start pulling the dash.

oh and before I forget The Kids in The Hall [IN FULL!] are doing a show at the Star Plaza Theater on April 4th

lol, I'll get some pics after I get some things sorted out [like lighting]. Thought it would be a good thing because I own wayy too much crap, and I would hate to have to throw things out/sell things... 1,000 square feet of storage space... ya I can use that.

been waiting all winter to get started on this. I also have a lot of cabling to run and also need to install a vent hood for above my stove [I cant stand that it doesnt vent it to the outside]

Your vent hood sends air to the attic cavity? wow thats a major code violation in most areas.
