axle(cv whatever) to trans im going to try replacing my wheel bearings this weekend to see if that fixes my noise
any idea if the 95 I4 hubs are the same or not? i havent had a chance yet to compare them

For me it wasn't grinding, but more of a humming which got louder when turning one direction and got very quiet when turning the opposite direction.
