Hey, is it a good thing if a recruiter emailed you about a position in the middle of January, and then you emailed him back last night to see if the position was still open, and he emailed you this morning saying it was, and you emailed him back your resume, and he called you within an hour?

Its a sales support position for IBM. To be honest, I probably would have not attempted to apply for it had I found it on my own as the qualifications they are seeking don't necessarily match up perfectly with my skill-sets, but he came to me . . . so . . .
