oh ya so last night at 11, one of my neighbors stopped by to check out the garage.

"oh my, your going to have the nicest garage in the neighborhood."

hard to tell if she was being genuine or just spying on me for any HOA violations. Eitherway my reign of power for building manager begins on Saturday. Cant remember if I said this yet but that also puts me on the board of directors... meaning I have 1/12th the vote. mmmmmm.

HOAs are silly, if they were there to try and find violations, I wonder if she realized that by doing what your doing, your helping resale value
