wow this is actually a good read
Jim Hill : What was it like to be at Disneyland and/or Walt Disney World six years ago today? I can see a human wall of disney characters to be a very effective motivator to move.

oh ya, I officially took over as building manager yesterday for my home owners association.
So far I have already approved my request to replace my garage entrance door with a steel security door and to patch a 4"x4" hole in the brick work infront of my garage which is letting water in.
