well in 12 hours I close on the house.

really good news. I stupidly overestimated costs. even after all closing costs, and all brand new funishings [well ok I didnt buy those, I inherited those from my aunt this week but everythings less than a year old] I still got 15k in the bank

now as tempting as that is to just go and spend every cent of that on the cougar, I'm not. But I cant help myself from buying one big ticket item... And I think its definitely time for some TCE's front and rear.

Nice!. we didnt have nearly enough money saved when we got the house, but april wasnt working so there wasnt a whole lot we could do. We knew that we wouldnt be here for long so it wasnt a huge deal. Well be much better off next time, but i wont find a house i like though cause im pretty sure it doesnt exist
