Honestly I didn't look closely enough to notice the look on the puppy's face... Hell, I hit the red X so fast I barely even noticed there was a puppy there.

him or ov3n, they are both down with that stuff. I've hardly kept up on the news on that product. Initially when they announced it, there was alot of raving fanboys. Then when it was previewed to the tech media, it got slammed for reasons I dont remember.

I'd be carefull with it, Apples big on the DRM stuff and their own proprietary formats, so it may not be the appropriate choice for pirated dvds.

cool, thanks... I'm more worried about it not being the appropriate choice for non-pirated dvd's either... I buy all my DVDs, but I betcha Apple will only want to play movies purchased through iTunes... and after a quick look, itunes still charges $15 for a movie... if I'm going to spend $15, it had better come with a disc and a box.

I was actually hoping someone knew of a product out there that did this same thing, but wasn't apple and didn't need itunes... I found that the XBox apparently communicates with Windows Media... but I don't want an Xbox... oh well, maybe I need to build my own.
