correct, terry's house of evil science needs to be put off a few years.

trust me, I looked at quite a few of them [you should've seen the one I was at yesterday with the earthen floor basement, some of the rooms were only partially excavated, it looked like an archeological site... ugh, its sad I couldnt get that one]

but it boiled down to this, this place is in one of the nicest neighborhoods.

every other place in my price range was "can you believe he wanted to sell only because its in a terrifying neighborhood??!?!"

so hopefully the neighbors like cougars then eh? i had a friend that rented the bottom part of a house like that

i know i had a lot of stuff to move, but i can only imagine what you have. how far from work is it?

lol, ya I got a **** ton of stuff to move.

its a half hour from work. its directly off the expressway [kennedy, I-90, the one we took to madison], so about 5 minutes to get to the expressway and 5 minutes off the expressway to work.
