Re: The Undead Gateway Thread

The g-loading on the Smart occupants would be much higher, but there should be little if any intrusion in the passenger compartment.

I've found that go-karts are VERY DANGEROUS.

I dont doubt its safety but americans simply arent going to buy it, its an expensive car, if your going to try to sell a car thats less than half the size of the next smallest car on the market.... charging considerably more for it isnt going to help.

now for those that went to the chicago autoshow the other year, probably remembers SMART had a number of cars on display [one of those touchy displays]... but unlike every other car in that section, the doors were locked, you couldnt actually try sitting in it.

I saw the car again at Wired's NeXtFest, and you could sit in the car... ummm, IT SUCKS, I was sitting in the passenger seat, seat all the way back, and I felt like I was sucking kneecaps... the problem is that the floor board is at a 30-45% angle. Its little crap like that that will kill it.

Re: The Undead Gateway Thread

Yes, its official . . . I'm waving the white flag of surrender. Midwest NECO is dead as feck. From a high point of about a 3000 post lead, its been dwindled down to about 600, a lead which I will be surprised to last through the end of the month.
