But mark what would all the blondes drive? I mean come on... i graduated high school with a girl who would only go to gas stations with 7 step instructions on how to fill up her own car. She wouldnt do the 3 or 5 step instructions.... i didnt even notice there was instructions till she said something.

we sell Mazda's Mercon and Mercon V here.
Basically if a car requires Mercon you can add Mercon V, to it or switch completely to Mercon V. However you cannot add Mercon to a vehicle that takes Mercon V.
Doug do you remeber me adding axle fluid after we took it out? That was Mercon V. We weren't sure which it took, so we went with the safe choice.

Chrysler is doing it with their ATF 3. They said 2 years ago to start using ATF 4 instead of 3, but they still made/sold it. They recently said ok we aren't making it anymore you have to use 4. It's actually a longer lasting fluid anyhow, same as the Mercon V.

I was trying to tell Terry it will be better fluid anyhow. It's not a big deal that its changed.

and they are right that Dex III is the same as Mercon. We have that in Chrysler and they are not stopping it. Mercon V is better tho.
