the door is just the contouring that I am use to fabricating. and no, epoxying is not the way to go, that would ruin the strenght of it.

and for the hood. it would be a full hood. I can make this stuff so incredibly light to begin with that there would be no reason to only cover portions of it. because I wouldnt need to add any additional fabric layers to address edges/bends. I see no reason the hood cant be made to be under 2 pounds and stiffer than the stock metal.

i might need to add 1 bar at shoulder level but for the most part its good, the cars not really gonna see a lot of road time either so its not a huge issue

I wish I had some pictures of the cage we put in the Mustang last year. I'll see if my Brother in-law has any. This cage was awesome!
