So tomorrow 'm replacing both front Upper stru mounts..both out tie rod ends and my serpentine belt.
Hopefully i'll be able to afford a front exhaust manifold in the next month..My only question is, has any one here removed one with the engine in the car?? I need to replace mine so I can pass emissions. I got under the car and almost had a panic attack..lol. I was so frustrated

You mean your front header? No i havent tried... but the front is supposed to be cake compared to the back. Mary baught Ov3ns headers and is supposed to install them...er get us to come install them. Drop by capital and ask old man Duratec, i know hes done a few

 Side note: Anyone know the size of the nuts that old the stock spoiler on??
