any idea?

I pulled the alt, and had to pull the steering arm...well, the arm didn't go back in, so I pushed it in a little to align the hole again. This morning I drove the car, the steering is way off. I have to steer right to go straight. Now, turning left, the car will turn, but sort of want to go straight to. So, I'm in a pinch, I'm suppose to leave tonight to chicago....so, I'm thinking of trying to put the wheel straight and pull the arm and adjust the wheel to straight again.

Re: any idea?

no clue... never had an issue like that. Is everything bolted back in place?

I guess just inspect that steering arm.... see how the other end looks .../shrug

Re: any idea?

Well, that's scary, Terry.

So you probably only had to remove one arm right? Both wheels are facing the same direction right? We don't need any wheels snapping off again...

Good luck. I just hope you don't have any major problems with it.

Re: any idea?

I'd double check it if you can and see if anything looks out of place. If you can't find the problem I've bring it somewhere to get an alignment before driving to Chicago.

Re: any idea?

They should be able to. You might try giving them a call and see what they say.
