Took the GTO to the track......
........but I actually have pics and times to share.
The buckeyegoats rented out National Trails today, but I only got to hang around for about 3 hours, but I got 8 runs in. I had no idea what type of time I was going to put down so I was not properly prepared. Ran a 13.95 on the first run, so I had to borrow a helmet for the rest of my runs. Then I did several runs right at 13.6x. I let the car cool for a while, next run I launched too hard and run had tons a wheels spin, managed another 13.6, and finished with a 13.7. I was hoping to be in the lower 13's, but I can't complain for my first time out. I'll have to start doing some data logging and work on fine tuning my tune with the Diablo. Drag Radials would get several tenths off my time too, but I don't see those happening. A few pics of the fun.

Actually I did fail. I took my digital camera, but when I got there I found it did not have a battery or memory card in it.
 Fortunately, there were several guys there with nice camera's that didn't micah like me.

Those times aren't bad!
I really need to hit the track.. I've still got my Drag Radials mounted from Cougarfest, and I haven't had a chance to put them to any use this year.. Maybe closer towards fall when it cools down a bit.
