Anybody on Fuelly?
I used to use MyMileMarker.com, but I think I like this one better.
fuelly.com It's just a basic fuel economy tracking site, but it's got all this extra data that it throws at you that kind of fascinates me. This is my profile, if anyone wants to spy on my fillups: 2000 Roush (Mercury Cougar) | Fuelly Road trip Saturday, so next week's fillup should be much better.

Re: Anybody on Fuelly?
Interesting, I'll have to join so I can keep track of how much it really cost me to drive my car for work.

Fuelly lets you use their WAP site to enter the info; mymilemarker uses Twitter. But I like all the extra data it gives you, like average cost per mile and all that. Cool site, if you're into that kind of thing.

Re: Anybody on Fuelly?
I'll have to check this out.
I've been keeping track on a boring Excel spreadsheet. I always meant to make graphs and pretty it up a bit. Looks like I can just use that instead.

Re: Anybody on Fuelly?
I've been using gasprices.com to track mine since 2005. I don't think others can see what my fuel log book except me, but who would care to?
@wade - I write my mileage on my gas receipt and normally end up entering them after there are a couple floating around in the bottom of my purse. I've missed a couple, but overall it becomes a pretty easy habit to remember to keep the receipts and enter them when you have a chance. (but then with my old car, I wrote down all my fuel/mileage since it's gas gauge didn't work and got like 8mpg )

Re: Anybody on Fuelly?
I have every gas purchase on the Camry since purchase except one ... when I traded the Corolla in for the Camry, I simply created a new page in my spreadsheet that I had going for the Corolla. I do the same thing as you Goldie ... when I get gas, take an additional 15 seconds after getting into the car to note the trip mileages (to the 10th of a mile) and the overall mileage on the receipt. I then clear the trip counter and start the car ... notice I don't turn the car on and do this while getting 0 MPG

Re: Anybody on Fuelly?
Nice site, Andy. I've signed up but I haven't entered any data yet.
I've got all the fuel fill up data on the Cougar going back to when I bought it, minus maybe a handful that got missed on the way, on my Palm. I back it up on the computer, but haven't imported into anything that would let me graph it or mine the data. And I do the same thing Trevor, no starting till I'm done writing!

Re: Anybody on Fuelly?
BUMP - for all you guys who keep your data in an Excel spreadsheet, I just noticed today that they are testing a data import utility that allows you to bring your Excel data in from a CSV file.
