Water is tomorrows fuel!
There has long been reports of people running cars on pure water. Most of it has probably been myths and I'm sure most of us have seen the guy with the dune buggy that runs on water. You know the one that was supposedly assasinated.
Well here it is. The real deal. The mega monster oil companies can't keep it quiet any longer. The only problem I see is that water prices will jump and maybe even become scarce. Maybe we can all learn to like the taste of gasoline. GENEPAX CO.,LTD <--Japanese website. Start buying shares now. American inventor. Japanese company car. looks prettier than the old american jelopy.

Re: Water is tomorrows fuel!
Uhm, before you guys rush out and buy stock, keep this in mind:
There's no way to break the law of energy conservation. It's a law in physics for a reason. There MUST be something consumed. You can't take water, use it as a fuel, and have the only by-product be water. Now, there are ways to free hydrogen from the water, but usually it involves metal hydrides. Unfortunately, producing these metal hydrides requires more energy than the metal hydrides provide in hydrogen using water. So, there's something amiss here. |

Re: Water is tomorrows fuel!
I have been looking into hho for a few weeks now. Considering trying it on my lawnmower. If successful the Cougar would be next.
Edit: Found a torrent for a book that explains how to make the generator unit. |

2008 GENEPAX CO.,LTD. the ltd. stands for limited. Meaning its a limited liability company. It has shares, but is probably a closely held company where the shares aren't public. It maybe unrealistic and even possibly a hoax and yes I am sceptic too. But imagine the posibilities if it is true. I wouldn't doubt a reporter not doing his homework and just blasting some bunk story, but hopefully these reporters have some sense to do some fact checking. Oh. And the genepax video was originally aired on msnbc.com and I did a youtube search for it to link the forums. It sounds like a BBC reporter though.

Re: Water is tomorrows fuel!
Reporters can't even be bothered to do proper ****ing research on a topic these days, let alone report actual "facts". They seem interested mostly in reporting rumors and popular or sensational items.

Re: Water is tomorrows fuel!
I've done a lot of internet browsing on this subject lately and in doing so I found a site that has entire tutorial on how to build one of these supposed systems for vehicle use. I was going to try it but like NorCal was saying, something seems to be missing from the whole equation.

Well these guys aren't talking about selling some kits on ebay to convert your car. They are talking about building cars ready to roll. Personally I wouldn't touch any kit about running water in my car. Now buying a car ready to roll is another story. Especially if I see it at the Honda dealership. Of course I'm sure the price will be through the roof and I will never be able to aford one. ![]()
