Re: I Have a Confession to Make
Where in Italy were you? When I was in Rome, ForTwos were almost as numerous as scooters. When we left Rome for less cramped cities (Siena, Florence, Ivrea and Courmayeur) they didn't seem to be as common. That being said, I may have just stopped noticing them.

Re: I Have a Confession to Make
You just made ost every point of why I think these things are stupid. For the size you should be able to pull down 50 mpg or be at least reasonably pepyp and fun to drive but these things aren't either.

Re: I Have a Confession to Make
The point isn't economy though, it is maneuverability in crowded cities and the ability to park it really tight spots.

Re: I Have a Confession to Make
I was really interested in them until I sat in one 3 years ago.
why the hell is the passenger seat floor sloped upwards at a 30-45 degree angle?? that was the deal killer for me [well that and at the time they were +22k to import them]

Re: I Have a Confession to Make
exactly, although it should be noted that it is illegal to perpendicually park one in a parrallel parking spot... they've issued a few of those tickets already in chicago and have warned others about it

Re: I Have a Confession to Make
That is helpful in a metropolitian area but for the rest of us the economy would be the reason to purcahse somethign so small. Even if that is the purpose why can't it get great economy and fit in small places?
