Fuel injector rail removal help

Hi guys and girls, not been on here for quite a while so hello again!

Im fitting the SVT T/B, LIM and UIM and have already gone through a how to on this and it does not explain this bit very easily. How do i get the LIM away from the injectors and rail? Do i need to disconnect the injector rail from the fuel lines too? In the how to i am looking at it looks like you do not remove the rail from the lines but a guy on another forum (who isnt on there just now) did:

Your help is much appreicated!
Paul

Re: Fuel injector rail removal help

you need to remove one side of the bar for the secondaries throttle.

then remove the 3 bolts for the fuel rail.... then pull. first time on mine it was a bit hesitant to come out. just make sure you dont lose any of the o-rings for the injectors.
