Re: Honest opinions wanted on HHR SS
Personally, I'd prefer a honda fit or dodge magnum. I'd recommend looking into both.

Re: Honest opinions wanted on HHR SS
Buy an Outback, or a Legacy GT hatchback. You'll be much happier.
That car is ugly as sin.

Re: Honest opinions wanted on HHR SS
I actualy like them. ONLY the SS version though. Good power, decent handling, lots of cargo space, and very comfortable (I'm 6'5)...

Yup, I heart my mini-sub
![]() Edit: I have the 2.4....its plenty fine for me. I did test drive the SS and it was a blast, enough pep to keep ya happy and plenty of cargo room. Car still drives great. Not the best for cornering, but you wouldnt buy that car for it anyway.

Re: Honest opinions wanted on HHR SS
I waited it out and did nothing. Financing $40,000 on a compact car (including Negative Equity) just didn't sit well with me.
I've looked at Magnums extensively, the 3.5 is a dog in that car. The hemi is fantastic, but if I ever lose my company gas card It'd cost me $400/month for fuel vs the $280 I was paying for the G6. I couldn't rock a Honda fit. Just not interested at all in a sub compact. Scions aren't sold up here. I'm back searching again.
