In this area, it's pretty common to see plates from all over the continent - or even islands like Hawaii and Guam. I think part of it is because of the military presence here, and I think that a lot of people just come to DC from all over the country but never change their plates for various reasons.

Did you get any pictures of the primer black convertable S10? Looks like its an 03-04 if I'm not mistaken.

Well, I found a pic of it.

Looking at it again, I'm not digging it quite as much. First off I dont like the tilted licence plate. Just looks stupid to me. And second, it's not street legal (no break lights)
