Bye bye Cougar...hello SRT-4! *Pic tures.

First off I love my Cougar, but after $450 of tuning up, it's one thing after the next as far as maintenance. I know it's just trading one set of problems for the next, but at least this set of problems is under 40k miles and dealer warranty. I can honestly say I miss the corner already, but the straight line power, and it being my first turbo car, I nearly shat myself! Apparently it's not stock either...from what I can tell, 3in exhaust, AEM intake, cold side pipe w/ I'm guessing a Mopar BOV, I'm gonna take it to someone I know who knows a boat loud bout SRT-4's to let me know what's been done to it.

nice! good luck with it! me and my buddy can always recognize an srt without even lookin. Well hear it and the start makin this noise
" blub blub blub blubbidy blub".

very particular sound. Ive driven one. The interior wasnt my style but over wasnt too bad. Happy driving!

Thanks :D - I love the sound...exhaust sounds mean as hell, with that blub blub blubidiydy....blub sound. The interior isn't that bad, very plain, but from my point of view, very NEW & CLEAN! Seems more...simple than the Cougar's interior, after all isn't it the same interior as a Neon?

okay srt4 maybe they are okay but anyone who gets a neon sxt, i pity you. im curious to know how the srt is, cause i had an sxt as my first car and it was a piece of s***. but congrants and goodluck, just dont get hit on the side fenders, instant car totalage. i know.

Congrats...It's really not bad... kept rather tasteful...

Like I always say... my only gripe with the SRT-4 and the entire Neon line is the extremely poor crash test ratings. For a vehicle with the power it has, it needs some safety built into it.
