Re: Plans for Stimuli Moneis from the Federalies?
Yeah, I did Direct Deposit refund, as well, but ended up on the list for a paper check, as well. Anyways, my refund is being used to finish off the Yukon. $200 (plus my shop discount) is being used to pay for this years 24's, and the rest is being dropped into an amp rack to handle the 3 new amps I bought.

Re: Plans for Stimuli Moneis from the Federalies?
Well I get the letter from the fed (on 5/5/08 dated for delivery on 5/5/08) stating that I will recieve my monies by 5/2/08 and still no cash. Freaking government still keepng the money they are giving me back for no real reason. Well the letter said to wait something like 6 weeks from the planned delivery date of my monies before calling so I guess I will wait and see if/when it shows up.

Re: Plans for Stimuli Moneis from the Federalies?
im confused about mine... my mom tells me (i cant find anywhere that it says this) that im not getting any back, last year when we did our taxes, i was 17 almost 18 so according to the refund thing, i should be getting a check/deposit but i guess she somehow claimed me for our taxes, but she only got 600 back for her refund, and if she claimed me she would have gotten an additional 300 for me, so im kind of wondering if she kind of somehow pushed me into a loophole to where she could still claim me for her taxes, but since i turned 18 she wouldnt get an extra 300 for me, and i wouldnt get my own because she claimed me... im really confused to how all of this works... anyone know or have a link to a credible website?

Did you work and file a 2007 return? if not, you do not qualify. DId you turn 18 in 2007, or 2006? if 2007, then she could have claimed you, and you would not be getting one. If she didn't opt to claim you, but you still were 17 for any part of 2007, than she "could" have, meaning wouldn't qualify, and she wouldn't have gotten the extra $300 for you.

I had to have the main power steering line replaced. It goes from the p/s pump up, over, around, here, there, and everywhere to the pinion. $125 - p/s line $9 - dye to find hole $135 - 1.5 hours of labor, would have been more, but my father called them up and told them exactly where the hole was. Twice. $23 - NYS tax $306.12 And no more squealing turns.
