here's a copy of the notice that was mailed out some time ago (if you didn't pay attention to it then). Instead of filling in all the info on the estimate calculator on the IRS website, it gives you the basic guidelines for what amount you will be getting.

Ha, up to $600. Whatever it is, this distraction money is going towards regular things that have gone way up in price. I'm sure it will end up in the "Where the hell did all that extra money go" catagory.

Mine was direct deposted April 28th and paid a credit card off by echeck on the 29th.

Did you get the $600 or was it another amount. You must have been a good boy and done yo taxes early. I wish I could have it now. It's my money, and I want it now! i dont get any money, because i'm a dependent, and neither does my father, because his income is too high :-\

the direct deposits are done by the last two of your soc sec number. this week was something like 00-28 and next week is 29-50 (wooohooo - I'm a 42!) and so on...

I just realized my ignorance, however, I was too late. I guess that I will be waiting until the bitter end. I will be in the last week.

I did mine both early and by direct deposit/e-file. Along with the last two digits being low in my social, yes I was one of the people to get it early.
