Re: New Bike for summer
Very nice. I've always liked the Buell's, but the price is far too steep for me.
And while we're all showing our rides... ![]() 2008 Kawasaki Z1000. I picked it up the last week of Feb, and I currently have close to 1500 miles on it. It's turning out to be a good year ![]()

Re: New Bike for summer
I cleaned the carbs today and its running alot better now. Got 50 miles on it today too.
Still having some small issues though and probably need to set the floats and get the carbs synchronized.

Re: New Bike for summer
Put some sea foam in the gas and get on the interstate and open her up. Clean her right out. Plus run premium fuel, should make it runn better

Re: New Bike for summer
nope tried that before I cleaned them. They were really nasty. Its running alot better now though. It looks like I have a miss though and I'm thinking one of the plugs fowled from the bad carb situation.

Re: New Bike for summer
Yeah, it'd be just my luck that I would get squished. I think I will stick with my tank, err, blazer.
