MMMM Loves me some rubicon action... But wtf is up with the 4 door rubicons? I mean seriously? You DONT need 4 doors on a jeep. If you have passengers, they just jump in over the back!

I dunno man I think you can do better than these 2..... IMO durango has a slight edge over xterra... just a slight one tho lol

I agree that Jeeps are the bomb, especially the Grand Cherokee's. I had a 94 GC Limited and you couldn't get that thing stuck. Believe me, I tried. Hard. I'd say the only way to stop a Jeep would be to drive it in a lake, or over a cliff or something.

Back to the topic on hand... older Wranglers, or even a new one (depending on price restrictions) are fun vehicles.

In the Winter months, you drive through everything, and in the Summer months, you take the top off and go.

You really can't go wrong...

Find a Wrangler or Cherokee (not Grand Cherokee) with the 4.0 I6 and you're set for over 300,000 miles with proper maintenance. My first car was an 87, I put 20,000 on it in a year beating the everloving crap out of it, and the only major repair needed was the trans being rebuilt. It had all 4 tires off the ground more than a couple times.

The four door wrangler in my eyes is Jeeps answer to the hummers becoming so popular.

You can also get a Grand Cherokee with the 4.0, although its kind of a big vehicle for the smaller engine. And likewise on the 94 not getting stuck, I have stock tires (decent tread, but still stockers) and the thing is an animal in the mud.
