it looks like the european mondeo to me.

Yeh, definatley closer to the Mondeo than the Falcon. They are all based open Fords kinetic design strategy at the moment so there will be similarities across the range

in the end, they're great cars!! Performance and looks. They're well equiped and priced too. The XR6 Turbo and XR8 are both AUD$45,490 which is cheap for the performance you get!!
